Dimensional Strategy was pleased to provide the service of 3D study for the six story office building in the busiest commercial district of nation’s capital. Gross building area is approximately 60,000 sf. It has underground parking levels with car elevator, curtain wall façade system, reinforced concrete structure and green roof. The north side of the design abuts a three story historic building. The full articulation of the north elevation gives the building a finished quality on all sides that will help alleviate the disparity of size with the flanking smaller historic buildings.
