This mixed-use development marks a new chapter in the city’s commitment to a dynamic urban environment. The development is composed of a large multi-level shopping mall, two office towers, a 5 star hotel and comprehensive supporting facilities. The towers are oriented to maximize views of the environment and connected by two glass bridges. The two bridges meet at the hotel roof which is a break area on two levels. The top of the podium is designed as a fully landscaped garden with many water features and amenities and also connected by an open bridge.
