Designing an addition to an early 70’s two story house in a community with special restrictions on exterior was a challenge. The response for the project was to follow the existing roof line to create different levels of roofs with the same slope to achieve the height to accommodate a two story living room at the back of the house. A new kitchen, a new master bedroom with master bath and walk-in closet and a new bedroom have also been designed into the new addition.
