Dimensional Strategy is a collaborative group of architects, engineers, planners, interior designers, and construction managers that approach each project with unique expertise and diverse perspectives, yet with a shared goal to provide excellent professional architectural, engineering and construction management services to our clients. Our services are a collaborative process that involves close communication with clients or prime contractor teams, our design team and other consultants. Our professional approach of establishing from the outset of a project through fully-integrated teams of professionals, technicians and specialists results in carefully documented creative solutions that are driven by our clients’ scopes, budgets, schedules and operating protocols. Dimensional Strategy is a minority-owned small business and we are a certified DBE and MBE by MDOT, DDOT and WMATA. We are located in Montgomery County, Maryland. We have been providing professional services in the greater Washington metropolitan region since 2007. We are licensed architects and engineers in the state of Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. The partners our firm bring together years of experience with specialization in governmental projects, transportation, urban planning, corporate offices, hospitality and retail centers, commercial and residential mixed-use developments, high rise multi-family and luxury single-family residences.
