Good Fortune Supermarket is a major retailer and grocery store chain in Northeast. Dimensional Strategy services as the project manager and architect for its first branch store in Virginia. This project involves major land development work consisting of planning, surveying, engineering, landscape design and architectural services on the 15.32 acre site. The total indoor space of the supermarket is approximately 44,000 square foot with dry goods shelving, bakery, meat and seafood departments, a deli with cooking area, walk-in freezers, refrigerator cases, and restrooms.
