Responding to the color and spirit of the landscape, the Cubic House Project-1, in its simplicity of materials and form, is at once engaging and elegant, serene and relaxing. As the sunlight changes its angle during the day, people experience a rich unfolding from approach and entry to movement through the house. Constructed of bold and modest materials, the geometric shapes and simple colors of the building both complement and challenge the context of the environment.
