BEACH DRIVE RESIDENCE

Within the proximity of the Rock Creek Park, this two story house received a complete makeover and a two story addition at the back. The design was to raise the ridge of the existing roof along with a new two story foyer to correct the proportion of the existing house. A sunny and spacious kitchen was added to the house with a new bedroom and bath on top. Two small bedrooms were converted into one larger master bedroom with a full bath. An open stair going down to the new foyer was added on the new family room looking into the living room with a stone fireplace to replace the existing stair.
